B)  AMRAP 7:  60 Clean & Jerks, alt each rep, 135/95/65
C)  AMRAP 7 - 3 Burpees, 5 Step ups, 7 Hang Power Snatch, 75/55/35, 1 works
D)  Max Holds / 7 cap:  Overhead 135/95/65, Dead Hang, Both work (convert seconds to reps)
E)  AMRAP 7 -  10 Wall Ball Shots 20/14/10, 5 Hang Power Clean 135/95/65, 1 works
F)  Tabata Bike - switch each round
