150 T2B/ Knee-ups, while 2 are holding barbells overhead, 135/95/65
*only 1 athlete can be doing T2B/ Knee-ups at a time
2 team members:  150 Shoulder to Overhead, 135/95/65, while 2 teammates hang from the pull up bar
