With a partner, complete the following:


AMRAP 9:  Run 200, 21 KBS 55/35/25, 12 Pull-ups (switch as needed)

-rest 2 mins

For time:  Power Clean & Jerks 135/95/65 / PA 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10, PB 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

-rest 2 mins

AMRAP 8:  100 Air Squats, 100 Hollow Rocks, 100 HR Push-ups (PA does 100 single unders while PB works, then switch)

-rest 2 mins

For time:  150 Wall Ball Shots 20/14/10#  / Tag in & out as needed
