Teams of  2 or 3  /  AMRAP 30

10 Push Presses, 115/85/45
10 KBS, 55/35/25#
10 Box Jumps, 24/20"

Partners complete full rounds before switching.
While one partner completes a full round, the other must complete 5/10 Burpees and Run 200m before starting their turn.
