Row 500m for time in fewest strokes possible
Score = time & # of strokes

Partner WOD - "The Deck"
For time:
If possible, a team will consist of 1 Dude and 1 Chick.
Alternate each card of a full deck of 54 cards until you finish the entire deck.
When you complete the deck, including Jokers, Partner A will run 800m and Partner B will do a 400m overhead carry, 45/25/15# plate.
