Blind Date

Blind Date Competition

Join us this morning at 9am for our annual Blind Date Competition where 17 teams consisting on one chic and one dude will be paired together only minutes before they are to compete in a total of 3 CrossFit style workouts.  Come watch how things play out and cheer on your favorite pairing.  Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers. WOD #1 
Row.Deadlift.JumpRope.
21 Minute AMRAP

Partner A will begin with a 100 meter row, 10 Deadlifts (135/95), 10 Double Unders*
Partner B will begin with a 200 meter row, 20 Deadlifts, 20 Double Under*
Partner A will begin with a 300 meter row, 30 Deadlifts, 30 Double Unders*
This concept will continue until the timecap of 21 minutes is complete.

*Single unders can be done at 3:1 ratio
*A partner much complete the entire round of rowing, deadlifts, and jump rope, before the other partner can begin.


 WOD #2 
Wall Balls. Box Jumps. Burpees. Kettlebell Swings.
15 Minute AMRAP

60 Wall Balls 14# 10/9' target
90 Box Jumps 20"
60 Burpees
90 Kettlebell Swings 35#

*One partner works at a time- tag in/out can be done at any time.
*Only one ball, box, and kettlebell can be used between partners.
*The only difference for men and women is wall ball height.


WOD #3 
Clean. Front Squat. STO.
9 Minute AMRAP

Men will begin this WOD at 95lbs. They will complete 3 sets of 1 clean (power or squat) 1 front squat and 1 shoulder to overhead (jerk, push press, or strict press is acceptable)
Women will complete 3 sets at 65lbs.
Men will complete 3 sets at 110lbs
Women will complete 3 sets at 75lbs.
Men will complete 3 sets at 125lbs.
Women will complete 3 sets at 85lbs.
Men will complete 3 sets at 140lbs.
Women will complete 3 sets at 95lbs.
With remaining time, men will complete another 3 sets at 140lbs, then women will complete another 3 sets at 95lbs. continuing this sequence at 140/95 until time is up.
